Wearman Mark III

This is an upgrade to the Wearman Mark II.  This item is often connected to a Voice Pattern implant to allow the user to use a different voice or improve the sound of speaking another language.  It adds a +2 to the hearer’s ‘perception’ of your ability to sound like a native speaker of a foreign language as long as the chip loaded in the Wearman III contains samples of the right accent.  With this upgrade someone with a +6 in a language will sound like a (+8 Native Speaker).  It doesn’t improve your language ability, you just sound right!
