After we finished with the Romanian Campaign, our group went back did some soul searching and came up with a new style of running. We concentrated on individual character development and put less emphasis on maintaining a rigid plot line. This is not to say that plot was unimportant. In fact it became more so except that the plot served the characters and not the other way around. It took a little adjustment, but it has been working now for one hundred plus episodes as of this writing!
