Parachuting & Expert: HALO

 

Parachuting:  This is a reflex skill allows for the safe jumping from an aircraft during optimal conditions.  The person with this skill can land in the general area during daylight hours but has little control over landing location at night or during bad weather.

 

Expert: HALO (High Altitude, Low Opening) (2):  This is a Reflex/Int skill and has a prerequisite of Parachute +4.  This is the elite commando skill that allows precision drops day or night.  The target skill is usually at least 5 better than one with just the Parachute skill.  To teach this skill you must be able to teach it (and Parachute) at Level 4.
